Book design is the art of incorporating the content, style, format, design, and sequence of the various components of a book into a coherent whole. The NUFYP curriculum has three courses that develop these university skills in students: English for Academic Purposes, Mathematics, and Leadership. These courses focus on the subject knowledge Universities value, such as, sophisticated English language skills, mathematical reasoning, and critical thinking. In addition, NUFYP teachers work with students to develop their confidence, self-disciplined habits, useful study skills and personal independence.
