Azamat Skakov: Masterclass on overcoming Procrastination for NUFYP Students
As part of the leadership projects that NUFYP students are actively working on, one group invited Azamat Skakov to discuss one of the most challenging issues of modernity - procrastination.
The Student Leadership Challenge project is called “Task Flow,” and it focuses on learning how to cope with procrastination and achieve productivity. The “Task Flow” team consists of Zhandaulet Seidekhanov, Dumanbek Yerkanat, Akzhan Boken, and Zhanira Aidarbekova. The project supervisor - Elmira Tursunkhanova.
Azamat is a teacher, author of the book "Sen," fitness trainer, triathlete, speaker, MMA fighter, traveler, and polyglot proficient in seven languages.
His presentation was a real eye-opener for students, showing what methods and approaches can help them overcome procrastination and use their time effectively. Azamat shared not only theoretical knowledge but also practical advice that everyone can apply in their daily lives.
